In HostBill you can contact your clients either via a support ticket, email, text message or mobile notification or via a notification in their client area. Notify Client section in HostBill allows you to create notifications manually, but in HostBill you can also set automated notifications about events important for your clients. Send Email option allows you to send an email notification to one or multiple clients at once. New functionality allows to attach multiple files to the email in .jpg, .gif and .zip extensions.

Package change prompt

Each Accounts in HostBill, apart from standard automation, can be controlled manually by the admin. Admins can implement various changes to the account details. When changing package options you will now see a pop up window so you can decide what to do: place upgrade order and change package when order is accepted; just save changes in HostBill account details (default) or change package in connected App. Additionally, if not placing the upgrade order, you can also recalculate account recurring price with new value pricing. If the package contains forms, you can also attempt to map current values to new package forms (by default) or set form values of new package to its defaults.

Proxmox update

Proxmox delivers powerful and efficient virtualization management solution for servers to help optimize existing resources and efficiencies at minimal cost. Proxmox module for HostBill enables to easily manage VMs and containers, software-defined storage and networking, high-availability clustering, and multiple out-of-the-box tools. New functionalities allow to exclude interfaces from bandwidth usage based on connected bridge and to enable Guest Agent fstrim option for new instances. Additionally, product configuration will now warn about values in configuration that cant be found on server.

This week there are also some minor updates to Colocation Manager, WebNIC, TTP Wholesale and PayPal – read the details in our Changelog!
