New release: updates in Currencies, Translations & multiple modules
Today’s release (along with the last week’s Patch Release) brings a collection of meaningful improvements across currencies management, Translation Toolkit, HostBill API, Cloud Signup and multiple integrations.
Release notes
In the admin area, the additional currencies page now displays information about which currency conversion module is being used, offering greater transparency in financial configurations.
We’ve made improvements to communication and localization tools. A new field in the Translation Toolkit allows administrators to manage automatic translation of client support replies, helping teams operate more efficiently in multilingual environments.
We also continue to improve the API. The ticket-related actions have been made clearer and more predictable. Previously, performing an action on a ticket with an incorrect ID or number could return a misleading permissions error. With this update, the system now correctly responds with a simple “Ticket not found” message, making debugging faster and eliminating confusion for developers and administrators alike.
The UserAPI now logs the signup source directly in the client profile, giving better insight into how users are registering and enabling more effective tracking and analysis.
On the onboarding side, we’ve introduced a new option in Cloud Signup that improves how company data is handled. The “Companyname placeholder” feature allows company names to be automatically populated using data from SSO providers or cloud signup forms. This helps streamline the signup process, reduces manual input, and improves consistency across client profiles.
When it comes to modules, we’ve enhanced our CentralNic SSL integration by adding support for API v2. This upgrade ensures better compatibility with CentralNic’s latest services, improves reliability, and prepares the integration for future developments.
The Acronis module has been expanded to include support for E-Mail Security and E-Mail Archiving, allowing providers to offer more comprehensive data protection services to their customers.
The eInvoices KSeF integration has also received significant enhancements. Administrators can now use a built-in test tool to push raw XML or FA(3) invoices directly to the KSeF API from within the admin interface, making testing and validation much more convenient. Additionally, it is now possible to download and store the official UPO XML confirmation file for delivered invoices, which is essential for compliance and record-keeping.
For accounting integrations, we’ve expanded the Xero module to allow transactions from selected payment gateways to be unsynchronized when needed. This provides greater flexibility in managing financial data and correcting synchronization issues. Additionally, the XML ZUGFeRD module now supports multibrand environments, enabling separate configuration per brand and making it easier to handle diverse invoicing requirements across multiple business entities.
The Braintree module has been updated to use a shared CA certificate with the braintree_token module, ensuring more consistent and secure communication.
