We’re happy to introduce a list of new integrations with some of the most popular and powerful AI systems:

• ChatGPT – a conversational AI chatbot developed by OpenAI. It’s based on the GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) language model and is designed to generate human-like text, engage in conversations, and create various types of content like articles, code, and more. 
• DeepSeek – a Chinese artificial intelligence company known for its large language models (LLMs). The company has gained attention for its open-source approach and cost-effective development. DeepSeek provides advanced search technology and delivers precise, context-aware results.
• Anthropic – an AI safety and research company focused on building safe, reliable, and beneficial AI systems. Anthropic AI offers advanced AI products, primarily focused on large language models under the “Claude” brand. Anthropic emphasizes building AI that is helpful, harmless, and honest, and that aligns with human values.
• Perplexity – an AI-powered search engine that provides direct answers to user queries by leveraging natural language processing and contextual understanding. It distinguishes itself from traditional search engines by delivering conversational, concise answers, backed by cited sources, instead of a list of links. Essentially, it aims to be a knowledgeable assistant, offering a more efficient and focused search experience. 
• Grok – an AI chatbot with “a twist of humor and a dash of rebellion” developed by xAI. It is the AI tool for unfiltered answers with advanced capabilities in reasoning, coding, and visual processing. Grok can create rich documents, write code, and has the most real-time search capabilities of any AI model.
• OpenRouter – a platform that provides a unified API for accessing and using a wide range of Large Language Models (LLMs) from various providers, including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and many more. It acts as a central hub, allowing developers to easily integrate different AI models into their applications through a single API key and endpoint.

For domain services, the AI enhances domain lookup functionality by offering smarter suggestions based on user input. Use the new AI Domain Suggestions plugin to generate intelligent, relevant, and creative domain name suggestions. By connecting to various AI providers the plugin analyzes user input and context to propose domain names that go beyond standard keyword matching. Fully integrated with HostBill’s domain search and ordering process, the plugin offers a modern upgrade to your domain sales workflow.

On the security front, AI strengthens spam protection by intelligently filtering out unwanted messages using natural language understanding. The new AI Ticket Spam Filter plugin for HostBill adds an intelligent layer of protection to your support system by automatically analyzing new tickets using advanced AI models to detect potential spam. Designed to work with tickets submitted via email or directly by clients, the plugin evaluates message content in real-time and identifies suspicious or unwanted submissions with high accuracy. When a ticket is flagged as possible spam, the plugin can automatically trigger a predefined macro—allowing you to take custom actions such as tagging, closing, or moving the ticket. This helps reduce manual review, streamline support workflows, and maintain a clean and efficient helpdesk.

The updated AI Translation plugin allows to automatically translate various texts across HostBill interface as well as incoming tickets and staff ticket replies to and from multiple languages using various AI translation platforms, enabling you to provide multilingual support without the need for manual translation. By connecting to HostBIll AI modules the plugin ensures fast, accurate, and context-aware translations tailored to the tone and content of each message.
