New release: service group selector, disposable email blocker & more!
New free plugin: Disposable Email Blocker and new Service Group Selector from field are the highlights of today’s release! Check what else is new in this week!
Disposable Email Domain Blocker
This week we’re launching a new, free, simple yet handy tool called Disposable Email Domain Blocker. The plugin automatically polls (using cron) disposable email domains from configured URL and blocks them from registering in HostBill by adding them to Banned Emails in Security Settings. If no URL will be provided during module configuration to poll the domains from, the module by default will poll domains from GitHub list of disposable-email-domains. In the Security Settings section banned emails can also be added manually, with ban reason and optionally ban expiration date.
Service Group Selector
A while ago we created a new functionality called Service Groups, that allows to organize client services into groups. Today we’re adding a new Form field: Service Group Selector. Form fields can be added to any product configuration page for customers to configure their products during order. Service Group Selector field for logged-in users will display service groups to choose from and add the new service/product, provided that they have any service groups defined. If not, a relevant information will be shown (You currently don’t have service groups defined). The users who are not logged in will be advised to login to select service group.
Release notes
In other release notes this week, in Document Templates settings there’s a new option that allows to hide the period for accounts and addons. Theme 2019 is now equipped with Re-usable labels from service listing and filter pages. There are also new API calls and some changes to the modules – check all the details in the Changelog!
