Today’s HostBill release comes with a new domain registrar, Support Fields plugin update and lots of other news!

HRD.pl domain registrar module

HRD.pl is a Polish domain registrar and the official partner of NASK. HRD.pl enables bulk domain registration for .pl and .eu domain names as well as over 800 other tlds. New HostBill integration enables to sell and automatically manage HDR.pl domain names. The module offers variety of options. In terms of automation, it covers domain registration, transfers, renewals and synchronization. You can also automatically import existing domains from HRD.pl into HostBill. The registry API can be used as lookup engine for fast & accurate domain searches. On the client side, the module offers ID protection, options to register and update name servers and DNSSEC Management feature.

Billable Support Fields

Support Fields plugin is an addition to HostBill Ticketing System that enables to organize and manage tickets more efficiently and to reduce spam messages. Using Support Fields plugin you can create forms consisting of unlimited number of fields that your customer need to go through before submitting the ticket (find out more here). Thanks to the new option you can enable billing for two types of fields: select box and radio boxes. When billing is enabled, after opening the ticket an invoice will be created and provided tags will be assigned to the ticket.

Other updates

Not only a new domain registrar but also plenty of news to the existing integrations: for Oxxa module we added support for domain import from registry. Realtime Register now supports premium domain transfer. Reseller Club has a new functionality to import the promotional price. In RRPProxy.net you can now choose whether to create a new contact or edit the current one when updating a contact. There are other updates as well – please check the Changelog for details!
