New release: new ticket merging options, domain settings & statistic reports

This Monday we rolled out the latest version with several useful updates mostly within the admin panel. New functionalities concern ticket merging, domain management and automation, statistic section, promo codes and more.

HostBill allows to merge multiple support tickets into one. Merged tickets can be created either by one or various customers making it easier for teams to manage duplicate or related requests efficiently. Ticket merging allows to enhance productivity and reduce redundancy in ticket management. Today we added some improvements to this featue. First, after merging tickets, the Last Reply date in the Ticket listing will be changed to the newest date from all of the merged tickets. And second, when a user tries to open one of the merged tickets, they will be redirected to the new merged ticket.

In Domains, we added the option to edit Domain contact details while the domain is still in Pending status, which was not possible before. Another new option in Domain Settings allows to choose whether or not to allow automatic domain renewal on the registrar’s side when the order is canceled.

In the Statistic section HostBill gives you access to statistics related to the income, sign-ups and support tickets. You can choose the period of time for which you want to display the statistics. Now you can also get yearly/monthly income report by state, providing deeper insights and clearer reporting to help teams make data-driven decisions.
