Translation Toolkit

As HostBill was designed from the start as a comprehensive solution for businesses worldwide we provide multiple language options and language settings. Our admin and client panels are available in multiple languages and we also provided an opportunity for our users to add further translations by themselves.

Now it’s even easier and it does not require you or your staff to know the language as you can use the new Translation Toolkit. It is a handy tool that allow to translate various texts across across HostBill interface to multiple languages using various translation software with just one click. Once you have the translation module/s activated, you can access Language settings and the target translation language and get the word/phrase translation by clicking the translation icon.

The language section update also comes with the support for json language files which will now replace php language file uploads.

What is more, the Translation Toolkit just as easily also helps Support Staff to translate incoming tickets to admin area target language and staff ticket replies to customer target language. The translation can be instructed manually for each ticket separately or you automatically for each message if such option is enabled in module configuration.

Translation modules: OpenAI, DeepL, Azure and Google Translate

For the Translation Toolkit to work properly you need to have at least one Translation module activated. With this release we launch four of them: OpenAI, DeepL, Azure and Google Translate.

OpenAI Translation plugin – OpinAI is an AI research and deployment company, with the mission to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits humanity. The ChatGPT Translation tool developed by OpenAI is a sophisticated tool that provides accurate and context-aware translations across multiple languages, bridging communication gaps seamlessly.

DeepL Translation plugin – DeepL Translator is a machine translation system that prides itself on the best translation quality worldwide. DeepL allows you to scale your translation needs without compromising on translation quality and tailor translations to fit your need – easily adjust translations to suit your context with alternatives.

Microsoft Azure Translation plugin – Azure AI Translator is a cloud-based neural machine translation service that is part of the Azure AI services family. Translator powers many Microsoft products and services used by thousands of businesses worldwide for language translation and other language-related operations. 

Google Cloud Translation plugin – Google Cloud Translation enables websites and applications to dynamically translate text programmatically through an API. Cloud Translation uses a Google pre-trained or a custom machine learning model to translate text. By default, Cloud Translation uses a Google pre-trained Neural Machine Translation (NMT) model, which Google updates on semi-regular cadence when more training data or better techniques become available.

All modules are free and available to all HostBill users.
