We’re excited to roll out new AI modules: Gemini AI integration and a powerful AI Prompter that brings intelligent, context-aware prompt generation to the HostBill Ticketing System. We’ve also expanded the Affiliate System with cart referral links, enabling affiliates to direct users to specific order pages and product configurations!

AI Prompter

The AI Prompter is a smart assistant for your support team—bringing AI directly into your ticketing workflow, intelligently, securely, and with full control in the hands of your agents. 

AI Prompter allows to create multiple prompts (that can be private or available to other staff members) and use the range of our AI integrations to help you streamline your support operations. 

Using AI Prompter staff members can create tailored prompts that guide AI to generate accurate and context-aware replies to customer tickets. By analyzing the content of each ticket, agents can either select from pre-made prompts or craft their own instructions to steer the AI in the right direction—whether it’s explaining billing issues, providing technical troubleshooting steps, or offering general guidance. By using different prompts you can make AI analyze ticket content and generate full or partial replies, recommend relevant knowledge base articles or canned responses based on ticket content, translate incoming tickets and outgoing responses, allowing multilingual support without extra staff, rephrase responses to be more professional, clear, or empathetic, condense long ticket conversations into summaries and much more. 

Prompts can be executed both on incoming tickets and on staff replies and can be turned into macros or knowledgebase articles.

Google Gemini AI module

This week we’re also launching another AI integration: Gemini AI. Gemini is Google’s AI assistant. More broadly, it’s a family of multimodal AI models designed to process multiple modalities or types of data, including audio, images, software code, text and video. Gemini is a flexible model able to efficiently run on everything from data centers to mobile devices. Its state-of-the-art capabilities will significantly enhance the way developers and enterprise customers build and scale with AI.

The module, just as the other AI integrations, allows to configure and maintain multiple API connections with support for various models, providing flexibility and scalability for diverse use cases. By integrating deeply with both existing and upcoming HostBill modules, this solution unlocks a wide range of automation and intelligence features. In support and communication, the AI can assist with generating context-aware replies in support tickets, providing instant and accurate responses in live chat, and delivering real-time translations for multilingual customer interactions. For domain services, the AI enhances domain lookup functionality by offering smarter, more relevant suggestions based on user input. On the security front, it strengthens spam protection by intelligently filtering out unwanted messages using natural language understanding.

Affiliates: Cart Referral Links

A new feature in the HostBill Affiliate System will give affiliates more flexibility and better tools to drive conversions. Affiliates can now generate direct order page links with tracking, making it easier than ever to guide customers straight to a purchase-ready page. The links can be easily generated from client area – Affiliate Center section.

To support this new functionality, we’ve also updated several of our themes—including Cloudy, Design11, Y-Server, Modern Panel, and FlatUi—to ensure seamless integration and optimal display of cart referral links. These enhancements make the affiliate experience more intuitive and efficient, helping affiliates maximize their earnings while providing a smoother experience for referred customers.
