New release – new features in SSL management, currency rates and more!

New release comes with improvements in automatic currency rate update, SSL management, new features for IPAM and more!

HostBill out of the box supports multiple currencies to help your business expand to new markets. HostBill can also automatically update additional currencies rates to ensure pricing accuracy. HostBill by default uses Google Currency for currency rates – this module is included in all HostBill editions and enabled by default. To use automatic currency rate update the relevant cron task needs to be enabled. This week we added a new Auto-Update Rate column in the Additional Currencies table, which provides clear, real-time visibility into which of your currencies are set to automatically update their exchange rates

Two new features were added to SSL management. First, it is now possible to edit the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) directly within the system, simplifying the process of making adjustments without needing to start from scratch. Additionally, we’ve added the ability for clients to download their SSL certificates from the “Certificate Details” section in client area —provided the module supports this functionality. These updates are designed to streamline SSL management and give your customers a smoother, more efficient experience.

A number of updates concern IPAM module. We’ve introduced a new IP Provisioning option that lets you select a related service for IP assignment, streamlining resource management. For developers and administrators, the Admin API now includes the ipamBulkUpdatePTR endpoint, simplifying bulk reverse DNS updates. Additionally, greater flexibility is now available for clients — if enabled in the Manage IP client function, customers can directly edit their IP assignments through the client portal. Lastly, to make provisioning clearer and more intuitive, we’ve renamed the private subnet provisioning section to secondary subnet; both primary and secondary sections now support provisioning of either public or private subnets, offering even more deployment versatility.

Ale other updates and bug fixes are listed in the Changelog!
