HostBill provides you with an easy and convenient way to customize your billing documents: invoices and estimates. In the Document Templates section you can not only modify the elements of invoices and estimates but also customize the layout. There’s a list of variables available to use, concerning the Estimate (Estimate number, subject, status, date etc), the item (cost, tax rate etc) and client. There are now two new variables: Setup fee and Recurring fee that can be used in the Estimate template.
In the Domain ordering process there’s a new checkbox in Cart, where you can choose not to send email notification about signup for contacts created. The checkbox is added to 2019 Theme and NextGen client portal templates.
A lot of changes concern the HostBill API. A new call was added: productCloneSettings to copy product settings from one to multiple target products and new filters: visibility options and stock options for getProducts call. AddClientCredit call now accepts description parameter and getClientAccounts category_id now also accepts parent category id to listing all client services in sub-categories.
