Discounts are an important marketing tool for any business and today we’re adding more discount features for easier management!

Discount per invoice line

HostBill offers a variety of options to set your discounts. You can set fixed price or percentage discounts, apply them one-time or recurrently and offer them on all or selected products and components to selected customers or customer groups. Now there’s a new opportunity to apply discounts in the order draft in the admin area and choose the discount target as specific items. The discount applied on the selected invoice line can be configured to set type and value, and the discount amount is calculated and displayed in the order draft and, once the account is created, in the account details.

API update

Further improvements in HostBill API include new API call: getClientCredits to list clients available credits, and two updates. First, getClientAccounts now can accept statuses as array to filter through multiple statuses at once. Second, addTicket api call now lets you specify IP address of origin IP. We also added the option to update account discount.

Theme 2019 improvements

The most popular client panel template – Theme 2019 is constantly improved by us and this week we added two usability improvements: ability to create custom links in lists in the edit sidebar (left) menu and the option to hide section “Other” in menu.
