Ticket Departments: notification improvements, new ACL, Ahsay Backup update
In the newest release we’re presenting improvements in notifications for Ticket Departments, new Staff Members and Staff Team persmision, Ahsay Backup update, support for subscription payments for Razorpay and more!
To enhance merchant-client communication you can create various support departments with different permission levels and different settings. Notification section in each Ticket Department configuration enables to choose how your outgoing notifications should be handled by given support department. For both email and mobile notifications you can choose what messages to send: all, notifications about new ticket or ticket reply for admin and client.
Recently we introduced a new feature: the ability to easily apply pricing of product/tld to all existing accounts/domains without need of bulk update. Now this functionality can be limited and controlled on the per staff member or staff team basis as we added new ACL, which you can find as “Apply current pricing”.
Razorpay is a popular payment solution for Indian businesses and one of the 120 payment gateways integrated with HostBill. In today’s release we added support for Razorpay subscriptions to enable recurring payment schedule, control the billing cycle and get alerts on subscription activities.
