Introducing the New TenantOS Module for HostBill!

We’re excited to announce the release of our newest integration for dedicated server providers: the TenantOS module for HostBill!

TenantOS module for HostBill

TenantOS is a comprehensive server management and automation platform for hosting providers, data centers, and IT admins, offering a unified interface to control physical servers, virtual machines and external provider servers from one place. With the new module, HostBill service providers can now offer fully automated dedicated servers running on TenantOS — complete with advanced billing, provisioning, and client-area server controls.

Just like other HostBill dedicated server modules, TenantOS allows providers to monetize physical hardware with precision. The module supports billing for the servers themselves, for bandwidth consumption and for IP assignments, ensuring accurate and transparent charging based on real usage. This flexibility makes it easier than ever to offer competitive, usage-based pricing models to your customers.

The TenantOS integration automates the entire server deployment process. When a service is purchased, HostBill communicates with TenantOS to configure network ports, assign IP addresses, install the operating system, and automatically create a TenantOS user account. Providers can also rely on automated port toggling during suspension and unsuspension, along with bandwidth overuse monitoring that can trigger notifications or server shutdowns. This high level of automation dramatically reduces manual work, speeds up delivery times and helps ensure consistent, error-free provisioning.

Client Area usability is at the heart of the TenantOS module. Customers gain direct access to all essential server management tools, including IP management, OS reinstallation, server recovery, power controls, console access and detailed usage graphs. With seamless login into TenantOS, users can manage their environment without switching between interfaces — giving them the convenience and transparency they expect. For administrators, the TenantOS module brings clear insights into billing, bandwidth usage and IP assignments, while offering fine-grained control over which features customers can access in the client area. Combined with HostBill’s strong automation workflows for provisioning, suspension and termination, this module delivers full lifecycle management with minimal oversight required.
