New release: variables in Ticket Macro replies, updates in Slack notifications, Enom & more
This week’s HostBill update brings a fresh batch of features and enhancements for Ticket Macros and Ticket Filters, Enom module, Slack notifications, Inventory Manager and more!
Ticket Macros
Answering tickets is time-consuming task but with Ticket Macros feature you can save few hours a month. Ticket macros are pre-defined answers to tickets or actions that should be preformed on given ticket. Ticket macros help your team work more efficiently and time-effectively as with ticket macros your staff don’t have to type in same answers to different customers. Moreover each staff member can have their own list of favorite macros that they use most often. This feature allows you to have unique macros for each administrator. Macros are divided into categories, that can be added by the staff. New feature in Ticket Macros allows to use variables in ticket macros replies. This new feature allows you to dynamically insert client-specific and ticket-related data directly into your predefined responses. Whether you’re referencing the client’s name, ticket subject, or other contextual details, variables make your support communication faster, more personalized, and consistent.

When it comes to Tickets, in Ticket Filters we’ve added pagination to the “IF” section, making it easier to manage and navigate larger rule sets.
In Email Templates & Predefined Replies, a new “Copy Variable” button makes it super easy to insert variable examples when crafting email messages or predefined replies.
