Weekly update: Stripe enhancements, domain management improvements & more
Another week, another batch of exciting updates from the HostBill team! This week’s improvements span across admin efficiency, domain management, payment integrations and more.
Admin area features
Managing client finances just got easier! Admins can now cancel invoices directly from the client details page, streamlining billing management without navigating away.
In Domain Management, when domain ownership changes, you now have the option to update associated contacts — ensuring WHOIS data stays accurate and compliance is maintained effortlessly.
Modules updates
Stripe payment integration is one of the most versatile payment modules for HostBill as it supports 20 various payment methods. Today we introduce two enhancements. Admins can now manually charge invoices with a click of a button using the Stripe Intents API with ACH – offering more control and flexibility over Stripe payments. We’ve also introduced automatic transaction date updates for ACSS (Automated Clearing Settlement System)charges after successful payments, ensuring your records reflect accurate timing.
Working with the IPAM module? You can now use IP addresses instead of IP IDs in API calls – a simpler, more intuitive way to manage IP resources programmatically.
The Password Management experience also gets a productivity boost with quick access to sharing options and audit logs directly within the password details page – putting the right tools at your fingertips.
The Manage2 module now avoids using the license hostname (if present) to check license HTTP status – increasing compatibility and reducing false positives in license verification.
In Plesk Key Administrator Module you now have the ability to restrict license listings to your own account only, excluding sub-resellers – giving resellers more control and clarity in Plesk license management.
