In today’s release we’re presenting a number of new functionalities added to Customer Rewards module!

Customer Rewards plugin

The Customer Rewards plugin was designed to help you build your customer loyalty with a rewards program. With this module you can reward your customers by adding to their account a certain amount of points that can be later exchanged for a reward. The points are collected for certain actions, or events triggered by clients, such as: registration, adding contacts, ordering certain products, adding security rules, signing up to your affiliate program, having active profile for a certain number of days or adding credits to their account.

Once the customers collect a specific amount of points you can reward them with: credit – specified credit amount added to the customer account, promotion to a client group – changing the customer group to the selected one (for example Priority Support etc) or a coupon code – assigning the specific pre-defined promotional code to the client. Now, with the new option you can also reward customers with a free product and automatically create a free product order from a previously created order draft. Additionally, each reward can be applied automatically or manually. When auto-apply is manual, a customer will see the reward in the client portal with no option to claim it.

The Customer Rewards plugin is now also equipped with a reward and point logs for both clients and admins.

In other news, two updates in our export plugins, CSV export plugin now allows to export clients by the account type (private/organization) and Xero.com module has a new “Export only paid invoices” configuration option. All list of new features, changes and bug fixes can be found in our Changelog!
