Today we’re introducing two new integrations: KeyHelp and Estonian E-invoice plugin. Additionally, there’s a few other updates in HostBill admin panel and in our modules!

KeyHelp

We’re happy to present new module in Shared Hosting category – KeyHelp integration. KeyHelp is the intuitive control panel for Linux servers developed by KeyWeb and made available to the public free of charge. With HostBill module you can sell Shared Hosting with automatic account provisioning and service management. Additionally you can also automatically import existing accounts. The module gives clients access to single sign on, viewing access details and changing password from HostBill client panel. Admin area traditionally allows to control account lifecycle and manage billing details.

Estonian E-invoice

Estonian E-invoice is a new module that provides support for Estonian E-invoice export of XML invoices for electronic invoicing. An e-invoice has the same legal validity as a paper invoice: it is a receipt for the delivery of goods or provision of services. E-invoicing is an increasingly valuable tool and provides great advantages and benefits to users, such as a reduction in costs, the improvement of business management, of payments and collections and many others. With this HostBill plugin you can now easily export your invoices in a digital format either automatically each time an invoice is created or upon request.

The invoice can be exported to XML format in Invoice Details → Actions → Download XML. In Billing settings you can also enable the option to automatically generate XML invoice each time invoice is created and store all the XML invoices on your server (for later use for download). Optionally you can choose not to generate XML invoices automatically but only on request. 

Admin area news

There is a number of notifications for admins that can be turned on and now we added a new one: a notification upon client signup. Additionally you can easier specify custom email notification recipient using client search component.

In HostBill you can choose the editor between WYSIWYG and Source code for Documents and Email Templates and now also for Knowledgebase articles!

We also implemented change concerning closing client profile, which will now also close access to it for other accounts and close related contacts.
