New week, new release and this time we’re treating you with a lots of updates to various HostBill modules!

Google Authenticator

We all know how important the two-factor authentication is and that’s why HostBill provides a choice of Security/Verification apps. Among them, there is the Google Authenticator plugin, compatible with Google Authenticator mobile app, which implements two-factor authentication with QR-codes. New option for this module forces the use of Two-Factor Authentication for staff members!

Ticket Time Tracker

Support Time and Performance Tracker module lets you measure and analyze your support staff performance as well as find and fix any bottlenecks in your daily support operations. The module helps you to organize your support tasks by creating different job types that the tickets can be assigned to. Every ticket has its own custom timetable and every second your staff spends working on support thread is logged. From now on, apart from the ability for the staff to track and record time spent working on the current ticket, the staff can also manually enter time spent on given job.

Direct Cart Links

Direct Cart Links is a plugin with two main functionalities helping to complete purchases. It allows to record clients’ cart content, generate custom order-now links for recorded cart content or generate draft orders with recorded cart content, send reminder emails and recover abandoned carts! A little update to the module enables not to store carts if client has not added any product to the cart.

User API

User API module for HostBill lets your customer gain access to HTTP REST API to enable integrations with third party apps. Module enables a multitude of different API calls, giving the end user multiple possibilities (the list of the supported API calls is available in the module’s feature-page). New functionality in client and group automation enables to enforce payment with client credit when creating orders through API.

MultiBrand Groups

The MultiBrand is the mighty HostBill plugin, which lets you create unlimited brands to sell your products or services on one HostBill backend. It’s extremely powerful and we keep on working on it. Today’s improvement gives you a new option to convert the amount of the created invoice to the currency set in User Currency.
