This week in HostBill we’re presenting new SonicPanel integration and a few new functionalities!

SonicPanel integration

SonicPanel is an advanced full radio hosting control panel for the root user where you can create your radio packages and radio accounts by one click, reseller packages and reseller accounts. HostBill integration enables to sell SonicPanel radio hosting and automate all billing and invoicing tasks as well as account provisioning and management. Thanks to HostBill everything happens automatically on its own and you don’t need to worry about payments, invoices, creating the account, upgrades, downgrades and much more! The control over the service is super easy from HostBill admin panel with multitude of tools and features!

Credit note on downgrade

In HostBill when configuring products & services, in Other Settings tab you can control whether or not to credit pro-rated amount on package downgrade. New settings allows to decide whether or not to issue credit note on downgrade:

Commitment period

In HostBill, in the Account details you can establish a Commitment period (through More actions button). Once this period is set, the customer will not be able to place cancelation request on this service until the set date. When set, the commitment date is now visible in both client and admin areas (in green when the date hasn’t been reached yet and in red when the date has passed). When placing the order as an admin you can now set the commitment date (by default off), it can also be edited in the account details. The commitment date can also be used as a variable in the contract template.
