This week we’re adding a new feature for HostBill Affiliate System – Affiliate Invoices to past affiliate commissions. We’re also introducing a new IP Pay card payments module with tokenization and a couple of other updates!

Affiliate Invoices

HostBill has a built-in comprehensive and feature-rich Affiliate System, which is a perfect tool to use to gain more traffic and boost your sales. Our Affiliate System allows to create unlimited and flexible commission plans with various commission rates, generate affiliate vouchers and automate thewhole process making the affiliate program completely hassle-free.

New functionality allows to enable “Affiliate Invoice” in Affiliate Settings section. If this option is enabled HostBill can automatically, once a month, issue an ‘invoice’ for approved affiliate referrals from the last month. The same ‘invoice’ can be issued manually by admins. The issued documents are listed and can be managed from the new list view in Affiliates section. In the Settings tab you can configure invoice numeration format and set the template for the document.

In other release news, from this moment on you can also filter clients by account when creating public ticket and filter clients for notifications using comma separated list of account IDs.

We’re also introducing the IP Pay payment module with card payments with tokenization support, which means that HostBill will not store the credit card – IP Pay will do it and will provide the token to securely use it for subsequent card charges.
