More Flexible Billing Settings for Client Groups

Managing different types of customers often requires different billing rules. With the latest update, administrators can now override the Default billing cycle setting directly within Client or Client Group Orders Settings.

HostBill has long offered powerful client management capabilities through Client Groups, allowing businesses to organize customers based on virtually any criteria—such as resellers, enterprise clients, partners, or internal departments. Each group can have its own configuration, making it easy to tailor the customer experience without creating complex custom workflows. The new billing cycle override extends this flexibility even further. You can now define a different default billing cycle for individual client groups, ensuring that each segment of your customer base automatically receives the billing frequency that best matches your business model

Inventory Manager – Import Inventory Delivery Details from XLSX

Managing deliveries for larger orders is now even easier. The Inventory Manager now supports importing delivery details directly from XLSX spreadsheets. Instead of entering individual delivery items manually, administrators can prepare or export data in Excel and import it into HostBill in a single step. This enhancement speeds up inventory operations, reduces manual work, and minimizes the risk of data entry errors, making it especially useful when processing large shipments or migrating existing inventory records.

New Translation Support for SEPA Direct Debit Debtor Templates

The SEPA Direct Debit module has been enhanced with translation support for the Add/Update Debtor template file. This feature allows administrators to localize debtor-related communication more easily, ensuring customers receive documents and notifications in their preferred language. It is particularly valuable for businesses operating across multiple countries or serving multilingual customer bases, helping deliver a more consistent and professional customer experience.

Improved cPanel Service Termination Reliability

The cPanel integration has been updated with an increased service termination timeout from 60 seconds to 180 seconds. On busy servers or environments with longer account removal processes, termination requests may occasionally require more time to complete. The extended timeout helps prevent unnecessary timeout errors and allows HostBill to wait longer for the operation to finish successfully, resulting in more reliable automation.
