New integration: QuickBooks Payments

This week in HostBill we’re happy to present new payment gateway integration: QuickBooks Payments, new feature added to IPAM and new, unified phone number field!

QuickBooks Payments

QuickBooks Payments are payment processing services offered by Intuit QuickBooks, a popular accounting software provider. QuickBooks Payments lets you accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers with no upfront costs, subscriptions, or hidden rates. This gateway, supported by HostBill, processes payments onsite. QuickBooks Payments integration offers smart payment tools. It enables quick one-click refunds processing. The gateway supports recurring charges, so you can charge customers monthly or on a schedule that works for you. It also offers tokenization, providing you with a token to securely store data and use it for subsequent card charges. The gateway is free and available to all HostBill users!

IPAM – IP display method

HostBill IP Address Manager module is designed to organize and track unlimited number of IP addresses in your company or department. We’ve recently added a couple of new functionalities to the module. One of them allowed the Service IP Manager to divide IPs to subnets -> IPs, rather than displaying a single list of IPs. Now, in the module configuration you have the option to select IPs display method in account details: either in Subnets -> IPs (default) or all IPs, so you can choose the method that works for you!

Unified phone number field

When it comes to customers data it’s important to have it collected in an organized manner. HostBill Registration Fields section allows you to define information that is required upon client signup and that is stored in the client profile. One of the available fields is phone number input. We’ve now improved that field to help you get, store, and set numbers in the full international format. The phone input field now has a dropdown list of countries with flags to help to identify and enter the correct country code. The user can navigate the country dropdown by typing a country’s name, or using up/down keys. Small change but it simplifies the registration process!
