New release: Allowed Submitters plugin and more news!
This week in HostBill we’re happy to present new support plugin and a number of new admin area functionalities!
Allowed Submitters plugin
Allowed Submitters is a handy tool for your support team. It allows to define a list of domains or emails allowed to submit tickets on behalf of a client. Why is this useful? Sometimes end-clients don’t have the time to add all of the employees as client contacts. This may result in some of the tickets, submitted by their team members, to be rejected. With the new plugin activated, client can enter Allowed ticket domain submitters in registration fields. This field allows to add either single emails or whole domains in various formats ([email protected], domain.com, @domain.com). Moreover, in module configuration you can also set which domains are not allowed to be added by client. This can prevent end-clients from submitting the tickets from emails such as gmail.com etc.
The plugin is free and available to all HostBill users. You can read more about it in HostBill documentation.
