HostBill allows administrator to control credit automation behaviour per customer.

In HostBill, customer can add credit to his account for future use. HostBill uses this credit automatically on generated invoices or allows customer to manage it by himself manually depending on settings.

_You can control this feature in: Settings -> Billing -> Client Balance_

Since recent HostBill release, staff member can modify single customer’s credit behavior.

You can change this setting in Client profile. Red colour indicates that HostBill manages client credit in a different way than for all other customers.
